Other Ingredients:
Curd, green chillis, coriander, 1 tea spoon oil, peanut powder, grated fresh coconut (optional), salt, sugar, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing (asafoetida)
Process:

Cut beans into very small pieces.

Cook in pressure cooker for 2 min or boil in water for 10 minutes by adding little salt.

Drain off the water and cool.

Mix it with sufficient curd to cover it completely.

Add salt, peanut powder, grated coconut, fresh chopped cilantro (coriander leaves) and mix well.

Season with cumin, mustard seeds, curry leaves and asapotida.
