Coconut chutney is a kind of chutney that goes well with any meal or snack in my opinion.
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh grated coconut , 1-2 green chillis (depending on the spice level you need), fresh coriander leaves, dry roasted gram dal (putani), ½ lemon, salt, sugar
Process:

Grind putani, green chillis and coriander in a grinder.

Add the grated coconut, salt , 1/4 teaspoon sugar and lemon juice.

Add ½ cup water and grind till you get green homogeneous chutney.
Tips and Tricks:

You can use the fresh grated coconut available in grocery stores to make this chutney.

Most of the fiber in cilantro/coriander is in the stems. So this is a good place to use the stems as it is being ground in a mixer. Good way to get some fiber in your diet

Typically Served With:
Dosa, idli, pud (salty appam or gundpokal), bhajji, samosa, pakoda, puri etc

You haven’t mentioned the quantity of dry roasted gram dal to be added..

Spu..you need to add just a little bit (about a teaspoon per cup)
I usually add garlic and ginger a pinch of sugar. add plenty of cilantro leaves.
