Bean Salad


This is also another healthy recipe that was invented by my mom :-).

Other Ingredients:

Curd, green chillis, coriander, 1 tea spoon oil, peanut powder, grated fresh coconut (optional), salt, sugar, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing (asafoetida)

Process:

  • Cut beans into very small pieces.
  • Cook in pressure cooker for 2 min or boil in water for 10 minutes by adding little salt.
  • Drain off the water and cool.
  • Mix it with sufficient curd to cover it completely.
  • Add salt, peanut powder, grated coconut, fresh chopped cilantro (coriander leaves) and mix well.
  • Season with cumin, mustard seeds, curry leaves and asapotida.
